Charlie Conlon visits Rothwell Primary School, Leeds

Our mascot, Charlie Conlon, visited the school children of Rothwell Primary School near Leeds this week next to our site at Rothwell Fire Station. Both Guy Parker and Clare Singleton explained to the children the dangers of playing on a building site, with of course help from Charlie Conlon. It was a fun and interactive assembly including dressing up in protective equipment. All the children remembered the message of “Never go on a building site!”

Guy Parker, Construction Director, said;

We have helped educate nearly 9000 school children on the dangers of a building site. An important message which West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue are keen to promote to help prevent arson attacks.
