Consultant's Office Pre-op Assessment Unit, Royal Preston Hospital - £0.5m

A new-build, steel framework-cladded building within an courtyard area of the hospital. Thsi required all equipment and materials to be crane-lifted in over other sectors with specialist risk assessments required. The corridors also had to remain clear and debris free as these were still in use by the rest of the hospital.
