Damian Broughton, Danbro MD, received the keys for Jubilee House from Michael Conlon on the 6th March following the magnificent makeover of the former Land Registry premises.

The £8.4m project saw the complete refurbishment of the existing concrete framed building and facades to create new bespoke high quality office space. An additional fourth floor was also constructed creating a total office area of 6,180m2 including a cafe, restaurant, gym, salon, training and community facilities.

Michael Conlon, said:

The local people couldn’t have been kinder to us. They truly appreciate the scale of what has been achieved here. I have heard nothing but praise. It has been a marvellous project. The project has been nominated for a national Considerate Constructors Award next month. We’re proud to have played our part.

Damian Broughton, Danbro MD, added:

It’s become known as the Conlon building in the local community. The time has come to make it Danbro’s. We’re delighted to be here in Lytham. It now falls to us to fill this beautiful building.
