High-spec fit out of new office block over 4 floors, through 4 phases. The building was highly secure, with advanced security systems. The project required lots of out-of-hours work and weekend work to honour the clients wishes for maintaing their working environment. Features included an open aspect office with full, 360 degree views over Manchester and Piccadilly Gardens.

A new build and refurbishment project to form a new reception area, office/meeting rooms and new toilets. Full glass facade and extensive external works including new services and infill of the underpass to form a new entrance. High-spec fit out of both internal and external features including new water feature and planting areas. Extensive procurement of materials was required to meet the client's demands.
