Philosophy

Conlon Construction Limited was established in 1961 by the five Conlon brothers, all of whom have now retired. The company is still family owned and is a successful Construction and Property Development Company with an enviable reputation for building excellence and health and safety.

From initial site appraisal to project completion, Conlon has acquired expertise through undertaking a wide range of prestigious new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £500,000 to £8m in value. The Company also benefits from a large in-house Joinery Manufacturing Facility.

Our client base comprises public sector, development agency, health authorities and housing associations. In the private sector we have substantial work experience in all areas of construction with a balanced portfolio which includes commercial, industrial, leisure and retail.

We are familiar with all routes of procurement and approximately 50% of current activity involves partnered and negotiated projects.
