Refurbishment works commence on the Grade II listed bus station and car park in the coming months. Preston Youth Zone is also expected to undergo refurbishment with community regeneration and construction specialists, Keepmoat, expected to carry out the work. Both schemes are being supported by Cassidy + Ashton, which is providing planning services with New York based architect John Puttick for the youth zone and bus station concourse.
