All board members at Conlon are professionally qualified which is a pre-requisite for achieving "Chartered Building Company" status. This status offers assurance to Clients that we have the professionalism, resources and commitment to meet their requirements safely and efficiently. Appropriate board members hold CSCS cards.

 


Construction Staff

Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Estimators are required to be qualified or working towards full membership of the CIOB or RICS. All are required to hold a CSCS card.

 


Site Management

CSCS  

Conlon Site Managers are all from trade background and highly experienced in managing construction operations. As a minimum, all Site Managers are required to be First Aiders and to have completed the CITB 5-Day Site Managers Safety course. All are required to hold a CSCS card.

 


Tradespeople and Site Operatives

Site-based employees are required to take the Health & Safety touch screen test and hold a relevant CSCS card. Over 60% of appropriate employees hold such a card, and those without are currently awaiting their tests.


Finance, Administration and Purchasing

Finance, Administration and Purchasing staff are appropriately qualified, either to ACCA or AAT level or currently working towards AAT, CLAIT, CIPS and NVQ qualifications.
