We are delighted to announce that our project “The Oracle” in Blackpool, was shortlisted for the prestigious RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) North West Award, in the Community Benefit category.
Completed in 2012, The Oracle is a modern, £4.3m, 3-storey youth centre comprising of a cafe, social space, external plaza, advice zone, resource areas, and multi-use office accommodation for Blackpool Council.
